Tree Surgeons in North Norfolk

Today one of our tree teams have been pollarding a Willow at Abbey Creake Studios North Creake….
 
The work followed on from a tree risk assessment which we did back in October, the work also involved some climbing inspections. The photo shows a Willow which we pollarded as it had I wood decaying fungal fruiting body on it back October. The tree had been reduced badly by another contractor previous to are visit and as the tree was located over a park we decided further reduction work was necessary.
 
We also carried out some crown lifting and some deadwood removal of some Ash and Willow trees over the entrance drive as some of the delivery vans were catching the branches on the into the studios. The brash from this job was chipped onto the trucks and the logs were stacked into neat habitat piles by the edge of a pond located next to the car park creating homes for amphibian’s etc.

We are also approved by the Arboricultural Association and Norfolk County Council and are CHAS Accredited Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme.
